This is the newly opened nandos in ipswich and iv eaten all over the uk at nandos
There was us and only a few tables included a very noisy table of staff. I counted 12 staff on which i thought was crazy given its a weekday on a retail park out of town. We had the boneless platter for 2 and our 8 year old had chicken with sides. The garlic bread was rock hard like it had sat under a hot lamp or was over cooked. The corn was so dehydrated we had to ask for another which was quickly sorted. The rest of the sides where very average. The whole meal felt like it was already cooked off when we had arrived which given the fact they where so quiet with so many staff that where clearly cooking fresh food for staff breaks and mucking aroubd.i think this is unacceptable.Iv been in hospitality for 15 years so i know what im looking at. I never like to complain but felt tjis experience was really really poor
