I came in tonight and received absolutely outstanding service from one of your members of staff - "Jake C" I've been to Nandos plenty of times before but today really stood out for me. Jake was very friendly, welcoming, efficient and knew his menu very well. I had come in with a friend that has multiple allergies and Jake had a great knowledge for allergy sufferers and I just can't praise him enough. Sometimes I'm made to feel like a pain when asking lots of questions but not today.

Excellent staff
The young lady behind the counter Taslina was very pleased and took care of our order right up to when we got it at our table.
She even asked if we wanted mayonnaise as we're regulars lol
Excellent job 10/10
Made the whole evening pleasant

I was very disappointed with the service I got today! I ordered a take away to be collected at 6.35. I arrived on time and was asked to take a seat which is normal I waited until 6.55 and queued to find out where my order was. I watched a staff member with an order away from the kitchen, on a table. The young lady went off to find out where my order was, yes my order was on the table.

A nice new store. There was masses of parking however swaths and swaths of it was disabled only and after driving past row upon row of empty disabled bays to the back of the carpark where you have to drive around and fight for a limited number of spaces, when you drive round twice on a monday evening this is a bit of a shock. Especially as the main features of the destination is a XC climbing centre, Planet Ice and a gym, probably why all the disabled spaces were empty.

This visit was memorable because it was my first Nando's since the new menu items were added and based on this visit, Nando's has got them just right. Not only that, but this was my first visit to the recently opened Hemel Hempstead Nando's. It's a funky one with a very high ceiling and an impressive range of artwork and lighting. The outside area contains some very comfortable, green seats, but it was slightly too cold on this visit to consider an outdoor meal.

The visit to this branch was pretty spontaneous but I jumped at the chance to get a free ride to Hemel so this relatively new Nando's could get done. Only one previous review from Ryan depicting a new branch not doing so badly so I did have high hopes.

On my way back North and passing Hemel, so it'd be daft not to stop in on the second day of opening! It's located on Jarman Park which is home to an XC (an indoors rock climbing, skateboarding place), an Empire Cinema, a Gym Group gym and other eateries as well as a large Tesco.
