I was very disappointed with the service I got today! I ordered a take away to be collected at 6.35. I arrived on time and was asked to take a seat which is normal I waited until 6.55 and queued to find out where my order was. I watched a staff member with an order away from the kitchen, on a table. The young lady went off to find out where my order was, yes my order was on the table. Jake came over and I expressed my concern that the food was going to be cold as its been sitting away from the heat!!! He said no it's still warm. I asked if there was a phone number I could call and was told go on the Internet!!
The food was barely warm, so disappointed as my family were really looking forward to it.
When you pack the food in the bags please keep in the heat surely that's not too much to ask!!!
