The team on shift were incredibly helpful and assisted us with a large order for 12 people. We chose to order for take out as there was an understandably long wait for tables, given the size of the party. The food was hot, delicious and all correctly packed. The staff on duty were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped with all our requests for extra napkins, sauces and cutlery.

As a single diner I have never been made to feel so welcome and looked after by any restaurant but the staff especially the manager Gary deserve recognition for how well they work together as a team to have such a smooth running restaurant which has a lovely atmosphere and for making people feel so looked after. I’m honestly speechless for the service and food quality I received today.

Normally I have 1/2 chicken extra hot, chips &coleslaw, our name is always remembered, friendly chatty staff and as we like a booth we will wait , your staff always remember this and it is great that they do , you should be proud of them an your customer service, they always have time to talk to me and my wife and make us welcome , great times, never had a bad experience.

I ordered a nandinos meal for my daughter. 1/4 chicken and two sides for myself. Staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. Two people stood out extremely were Ersan & Clifford. Customer service was at its best with them both. I felt very happy with the service.

Food is below mediocre, every time I've been I've received a dry bit of chicken surrounded sides that are equally disappointing.
There is no guidance or help from employees in regards to taking orders, instead an app which then takes the attention off your dining experience so there's no waitering which could improve your experience. U are also expected to get your own drinks so it looks like the restaurant staff are there just to carry food and clear tables.

What an amazing time my grandson and I had we both rated the meal as 11/ 10 so tasty. The bottomless yogurt was a lovely way to end our meal. Gary our waiter was a star and made our visit exceptional , thank you Gary .

Chicken wrap

I made an order online whilst in Water Gardens of Harlow Essex around 17:45. It stated that the order would be ready for collection at 18:20. We arrived at the restaurant for collection after 18:20 unfortunately we found out while waiting that the order had been unsuccessful. JAY (Male staff) stopped us on our way out and heard a quick chat with us before we left the restaurant. He encouraged us to order again whilst in restaurant.

This was the first time going back to Nando’s after Lockdown. There were a few teething problems with ordering online, as the lady behind me in the queue hadn’t checked for her email confirmation and her order hadn’t been logged. She was incredibly rude to the staff, and had to be asked to leave by a member of staff (Tony). He handled the situation very professionally, attempted to explain the issue but had to ask the customer to leave after her swearing and verbally abusing him.

Extra hot 1/4 chicken with Peru salted chips and spicy rice, a bottomless drink and the carrot cake!

Eat the butterfly chicken breast what a lovely name with lovely taste mmmmm . Friendly staff my first time and will be back, loads of parking space very near on the door step practical

This branch is a bit of a trek for us, we needed to use the car then the tube and finally the train that runs to Stansted from 7 Sisters.
It's 15 minutes’ walk from the station, there may be a bus but we didn’t bother checking. We used a phone app, well one of us did, me and Gerry just followed instructions!
it's situated on the edge of retail park , facing out over a water feature and a massive car park.

Tonight I have had my favourite Nando's peri tamer butterfly chicken with chips & corn as the amount of chicken that you get is fanonminal & the chips are my treat at the end of the week! The staff were so helpful & friendly as they always are, with great service. Parking is made easy as there is a big supermarket/shopping centre very close by with lots of space which makes access easy too.

I live nando's food but don't go as often as I used too the potions size has got a lot smaller. The price has gone up,not worth the money any more.sorry as do love the food. Other restaurants are better value for money with a young family.

Parking near by is easy, unless the town is busy. This restaurant is one of the best I have been to, this is because its clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is usually very good. On this occasion the food took longer than expected but It was a Saturday afternoon and very busy so I could understand why.

The Harlow Nandos is my local branch even though it's 9 miles away and I usually eat there around 4-5 times a month. Unfortunately I'm away at University now and there isn't a Nandos near me as I'm studying in Eastbourne (if there was a Nandos here it would be very popular among the students!)

Now before I begin my review I have to say that I have visited this Nando's probably more than any other Nando's in the UK. This was my first visit in a good year due to not visiting the area as much as I once did and have had very mixed experiences in previous years with both the service, friendliness of staff & the overall experience in the restaurant.
