Harlow - Will Bone Review
Now before I begin my review I have to say that I have visited this Nando's probably more than any other Nando's in the UK. This was my first visit in a good year due to not visiting the area as much as I once did and have had very mixed experiences in previous years with both the service, friendliness of staff & the overall experience in the restaurant. Have found the staff to be very rude on occasions and think the the layout goes against the restaurant (too many booths and small tables and when busy it feels like everyone is sitting on top of each other).
However that was the past and this was visit was the present, firstly my visit was mid-afternoon on a Friday (Friday the 13th to be exact!) and with the past in mind I was hoping that it wasn't going to be another unlucky visit, to my surprise though we arrived at the restaurant and received a warm welcome, it wasn't really busy so we were given the choice to choose a table (I chose one of the rare medium sized tables!) and the person coming too/from our table (Robert?) was very friendly throughout the duration of our stay in the restaurant. Our food arrived (5 extra hot wings, peri chips, garlic bread & haloumi for me!) and was very good, again the person attending to our table was often asking if we needed anything else (offering to do refills etc!).
Overall the Nando's experience was very enjoyable and fairplay to the restaurant for putting on a good show (credit where its due!). Parking is also cheap (£1 for 3 hours I think) and there is also shops & a shopping centre nearby if you wanted to stop by and make an afternoon of it. :)
