When ordering was told there were no fries as fryer not working. Ordered sweet instead. Was served a sweet or. That had been sitting under the hot lights for a good while (not cooked to order). When requested a fresh one they gave me a'fresh' one within 1 min.....no way it was cooked to order as it was still tough. Then saw chips being served to other diners 10 mins later. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Was served by jago at the Nando’s branch - he was absolutely amazing and so attentive to myself and my friend. We both came in with our young babies, and he ensured we had everything we needed instantly. Would definitely come here again! Thank you Jago!

I had four boneless wings with the new bbq garlic sauce - relish! A treat as always at Nando’s greenwich. Lovely views out over the water and toward Canary Wharf too. My favourite Nando’s to eat in at :)

Had a lovely chicken wrap with lemon and herb seasoning, as did my children's. Portion sizes were perfect for us and we shared an extra side of peri peri chips. My kids didn’t want something too spicy so I asked the girl working there what was best for them. I think her name was Harri? She was so understanding and really friendly, and after kept checking everything was okay. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Nandos!

I was not happy visiting here I ordered mash and the lady didn't understand I wanted plain mash and there was a huge cue so I just said sweet mash and I didn't know what she was asking me than when we got our food it was horrible so I asked for chips the lady serving said okay not warning me I had to pay and come back and went you paying by cash or card I was taken back and said I already paid for my side and I haven't touched it than she took the chips so all I had was a burger

On arrival to nandos we was greeted by a lovely lady, who's name I didn't manage to catch, and seated to a table for two at the back of the restaurant which provided a view of the river ( we opted out of the option to sit on a rooftop table as the weather was slightly windy). Once having scanned the menu I gave in to my usual order of Lemon and herb boneless thighs with a side of sweet potato mash and garlic bread and a wing roulette which we shared.

I eat at Nandos all the time and always have my food hot. After eating here I was in so much pain. My throat was burning and I really didn't feel well. Far to much sauce on my wrap. Won't ever order it again has put me right off.

Wow what a location, right next to the jetty for the riverboat ferries and a short walk down from the Greenwich Cutty Sark underground station, didn't really see any parking near by but who would expect it in the part of London. This waterside store overlooks the famous Cutty Sark ship on one side and has amazing riverside view on the other side, it makes best use of these vistas with its roof top patio that affords views of both. The large windows inside also afford the same view.

Parking was £2.50 an hour in the car park just below the Cutty Sark and a 2 minute walk from Nando's. Worth it for the convenience unless you come via public transport.

This Nando's is particularly impressive and has an outdoor seating area on the roof with spectacular views of the Cutty Sark and the Thames. Unfortunately we were unable to sit outside on this occasion and settled for a window table on the ground floor.

I had wanted to go to this branch since it opened, I visited it on the Great Nando's Chicken March whilst it was still being built, I was so excited about the terrace overlooking the river. I was waiting for my friend to visit to go to it but when I realised that wasn't going to happen I had to drag my other friends all the way there. As the weather had been nice for a few days I thought it was the perfect time to go to be able to sit up on the terrace, so obviously there were thunderstorms.

Greenwich village is now my local nandos, and i was worried as I have always used Leicester Meridian (Leicester is my hometown) and i like to take note of the Nandos league tables. I was however really srprised, i was a little sef up for disappointment as the Leicester Meridian Nandos is eit xceptional but it is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Well, what better way to finish off the Run to the Beat half marathon than by munching some chicken and chips? The run finished in Greenwich Park, so Greenwich Village seemed to be the best option!

something didn't shine with this Nando's straight away, despite it being in the shadow of the Cutty Sark...
The Staff didn't seem to grin, and they put me in a seat that overlooked building work and next to the drinks machine (not always a good thing).
When the ice cream machine broke it got very noisy!!
The chicken was chewy and when i popped to the gents I walked in on someone because the lock was broken.. very very poor stuff..

This is a brand new Nando's and had only been open a few days when we visited. It's obviously very clean and well decorated but it is small and I think the space could have been used a bit better. Squeeze in a few more tables and it still would have felt roomy and comfortable. I would image the wait would be quite long during peak times as the restaurant is in a very busy area.
