I had wanted to go to this branch since it opened, I visited it on the Great Nando's Chicken March whilst it was still being built, I was so excited about the terrace overlooking the river. I was waiting for my friend to visit to go to it but when I realised that wasn't going to happen I had to drag my other friends all the way there. As the weather had been nice for a few days I thought it was the perfect time to go to be able to sit up on the terrace, so obviously there were thunderstorms. Luckily though, the storms stopped before we go to the branch but when we got there the terrace was closed and we got seated downstairs, this was sad and annoying as the terrace opened about 10 minutes after we'd got our food.

The branch is easy to find if you go to Cutty Sark station on the DLR, it's a minute from the station easily visible next to the river behind the huge ship. The area around here is such a nice place, cool buildings and it was pretty empty and fun, after the meal we walked it off by walking to the O2, at which I showed my friends the Nando's there.

This branch had the new menus, it was very exciting as I hadn't seen them yet. My friend and I both ordered new things, I got the chicken thighs and she got the butterfly chicken burger (Which is just butterfly chicken, in a burger) But the new menu was cool. I tried to get the chicken thighs using my loyalty card rewards but they wouldn't allow it so I just decided to pay for it. (I'm due 2 red rewards, 1 orange and 3 green...)

Food - 2.5/5 - The food was the most disappointing part of this branch. I decided to try the Chicken Thighs because I'd regretted it last time I didn't try them, I also got my usual peri-chips and garlic bread. The chicken thighs weren't as nice as I'd hoped they would be, they were eatable but all burned and nowhere near as nice as chicken breast. The chips were nearly cold when I got them and the garlic bread wasn't a burned as I would have liked it. Obviously the food was still delicious because it's Nando's, but not the best I've had.

Friendliness of Staff - 4/5 - The staff were really nice, smiley when we got seated and friendly. The only problem is they wouldn't let us sit outside :(
Speed of Service - 4/5 - The food arrived really quickly in under 10 minutes.

Decor - 4/5 This is a new branch so it was still all clean and nice with the usual Nando's decorations about, windows with views over the Thames and of course the terrace which I only got to see from behind glass. If I'd got to sit up there I would have been really happy.

Overall I liked this branch, it is in such a nice place and had nice staff and decent food, I would like to return there in the future and sit on the roof. 3/5 overall.
