When ordering was told there were no fries as fryer not working. Ordered sweet instead. Was served a sweet or. That had been sitting under the hot lights for a good while (not cooked to order). When requested a fresh one they gave me a'fresh' one within 1 min.....no way it was cooked to order as it was still tough. Then saw chips being served to other diners 10 mins later. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Only good thing was to see you have employed staff with disabilities - well done for that.
