Gatwick Airport - South Terminal

From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted by Ella who couldn’t have been friendlier & more welcoming to me - refreshing, as I’ve not always been acknowledged on previous visits (I fly out of LGW often/come to Nandos) so was immediately appreciated. I was then served by Greg as my Host & the entire experience was fun, friendly & sprinkled with banter throughout - the Nandos energy we loveee to see - it’s not called a cheeky Nandos for nothing?!

Gave me the best food and the table

If the cashier hadn't put down 30 instead of 13, I would probably have had my food much quicker and not had to ask for it and had a better experience.

At Gatwick, wanted breakfast that wasn't a fry-up. Nando's was perfect-eggs Benedict, with soft eggs, sausage buns, vege option delicious. Family of 5 with different breakfast tastes all catered for. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, fast, fresh food.

I'd invited a colleague out for a date at Gatwick Nando's. At the time she seemed particularly keen on the new breakfast menu. She didn't actually make it in the end; but I was mega-hungry, plus I needed the toilet, so I wasn't to be stopped.
The waitress who served me was very nice - although she walk off to serve another table during my amusing data entry anecdote, about the time I'd sent a finalised spreadsheet to the assistant manager, rather than the actual regional manager!

Love is the most important thing in the world, but Nando's is pretty good too. And is there anything better than finding a Nando's just as your about to board a flight? Probably, yes. The first three Star Wars, Arsenal's 49-game unbeaten run, OK Computer, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. These all undoubtedly rank above the humble poultry purveyor.

Staff helped us to a convenient table to park husband's TravelScoot. We thoroughly enjoyed our early lunch and will recommend to family and friends

This was the most unexpected Nando's meal ever. Completely forgot that there was a Nando's in Gatwick, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see it as I headed up the escalator to the second floor of the departure lounge / duty free area. Had I remembered there was a branch here, I would've definitely had a lighter breakfast before I left home (it was still only about 8.30am - but 'weekday lunch' is the closest time).

Gatwick is the furthest London airport from my home so I rarely venture there. However, a work trip was leaving from there, and luckily enough I was flying from the South terminal! My colleague said he didn't really fancy a Nando's - I pointed out that I couldn't NOT go, so we split and I ventured up to the food court.

Had breakfast in gatwick nandos . Had the eggs Benedict with chicken pieces (you can have with it without) The price was great at under £10, but the flavour was better. The hollandise sauce complemented the chilli jam, just the right amount of spice for breakfast time.

1/2 piri-piri chicken at breakfast time - great to visit a restaurant that uses their full menu before lunch time rather than the rubbish pork fare of sausages and bacon available everywhere else.

Staff here were some of the best I've experienced, incredibly friendly and welcoming, something that's often lacking in the hustle and bustle of a major airport. Keep up the excellent work!
