A hostile dispute over missing Halloumi Sticks. The two male diners in the booth next ours became disgruntled with a female line chef who did not serve all the food they asked for. The men were spoken down too and aggressively provoked by the line chef in question. One man said to her attitude is appalling she replied I don’t care and went up to his companion who was by that time at the till asking for a refund.

I went there tonight with family and the staff (Abbie, Kai, Luke and the female manager I think, were remarkably amazing even as it was obvious they were crazily busy. Abbie and Kai were so polite and efficient, apologised and ensured everyone was served as promptly as possible. Kai is a really good and pleasant manager. Good team work

We were greeted with welcome politeness from the moment we walked in, cannot fault the service or food every member of staff was polite and all seemed to have a happy attitude, which seemed to come from the top, the lady who seemed to be running the shift was so attentive, positive and happy the whole time we were there. I don’t usually write reviews but felt I needed to after feeling so relaxed and welcome.

Ordered online to collect. Repeatedly delayed +10 mins. This is a fast food service and it's not fast whatsoever. I don't care ghey are busy, that is their problem to solve and their algorythm to fix. If I'm given a 10 min wait I expect no longer. I pay a premium price for a shit service with no apology and nothing given free to compensate the wait.

So I went to Nando’s Colliers Wood, on my birthday on the 15th of January 2020. It was very busy and only one 4-seater table free so the 5 of us said we would take it so we didn’t have to wait. After starting to look at our menus the staff had found us a chair for the end of the table so we didn’t have to be squashed up ( which we didn’t mind) but it was a lot better and nice of them. We then went to order and a lovely lady called Shannen served us.

A Nandventure at Colliers Wood Nando's took my Nando's count up for 185! It's just over a 5-minute walk from Colliers Wood station which is towards the end of the Northern line. There are lots of shops and supermarkets nearby as well as a huge car park if you choose to drive.

This has been one of the poorest performances at a Nando's in recent times. Planned from a month ago to go to this branch both me and my friend left disappointed. This one is not easy to find unless you drive so we spent 10-15 minutes walking around until we got there.
I'm gonna keep this review short because the service there is nothing to write about.

This shopping centre has a good quantity of ground level free parking around it and benefits from a TK Max, Boots, JJB sports as well as a whole host of other retail outlets. There are less food outlets with only Harry Ramsden, Frankie and Bennies and a Starbucks for competition.

This Nando's is located on Tandem Shopping Park which is mainly a retail/shopping outlet (I.e. M&S/Sainsbury's, Mamas and Papas) with a few restaurants in a small section (Nando's, Frankie & Benny's). There is free parking in one of hundreds of spaces for up to a maximum three hour stay. Colliers Wood tube station is also a half mile walk away.

The new year rang in and I had the idea of taking myself and my girlfriend to a Nando's we had seen on a shopping trip the week before. It's based in the Tandem Shopping Centre around Collier's Wood, just opposite the clutch of shops at Abbey Mill. Parking is not a problem as it's practically right outside! (It IS a shopping centre to be fair.)

I did not expect this branch to be that good, since it was just a random one in South London, but boy was I surprised! Firstly, it’s in a shopping retail park so there’s a huge car park with plenty of spaces, and I’m not sure but I think I saw a sign and the parking wasn’t that expensive (I forgot to take note since I don’t drive) The Nando’s is in a separate little bit of the retail park with just restaurants in, and it has its own car park there.
