Colliers Wood - Gerry Louis Review
This has been one of the poorest performances at a Nando's in recent times. Planned from a month ago to go to this branch both me and my friend left disappointed. This one is not easy to find unless you drive so we spent 10-15 minutes walking around until we got there.
I'm gonna keep this review short because the service there is nothing to write about.
Went to the loos whilst we had to wait for 15 minutes for a table the toilets were dreadful. Hot, sticky compared to the restaurant, broken facilities and a queue.
Got a table by the front door which I wish we hadn't accepted later on, after they screwed up my loyalty card offers and possibly over charged me. They also didn't have the sweet potato wedges but the hostess had only been there for 3 days and didn't know about the food there.
A whole chicken half hot, half mango and lime as my Red reward, 3 wings (green they used without my permission) garlic bread and 2 halloumi is what I ordered. Nearly half an hour of waiting they brough the food over mixed with what my friend had ordered how they saw fit! We had about 7 unnecessary plates and bowls on the table which took up a lot of space. Let alone the food getting cold because the door was constantly being left open. The chicken was cooked but there was hardly any sauce on it, the mash wasn't special, the halloumi was okay and the garlic bread was already cold and hard.
So not easy to get to, inexperienced staff, long waiting time for a table and food, and the food passable.
I'm editing this review because not only did they overcharge me for the food, they also didn't give me a chilli which means I've lost a reward that I didn't want to use and can't get anything towards my next reward!
