Although the service was good, there was person who stood out as an outstanding and helpful employee (ViX). He made our day.

I visited Nando’s in Cardiff for some dinner before a show, I ordered via the app, when my food arrived it was not right, I ordered a plain 1/4 chicken and it came out “hot”.

Stood in a queue for a minute or two, chatted to folk who were waiting there too. Had a quick look at the Nando's menu, planned my meal and pudding too. The waiter came to show me through, found me a seat with an excellent view. Placed the order, table 32, decided to try something new. Chicken thighs, rice and salad too, frozen yoghurt - don't mind if I do! Well prepared by the kitchen crew, nicely spiced as Nando's do. A perfect lunch - a big thank you!

Came in for my first time to grab some food before as a break in-between work as I had a late shift and grabbed my food to go. My friend got his pretty quickly and expected mine to follow soon after. It got quite full and 25 minutes had past but I'm a patient guy and know it's quite stressful at times but Bethany who severed us noticed we had been there a while a took my receipt to quickly find out where my food was and ensured me it was almost ready.

There is usually a bit of a queue to get into this restaurant so I was pleasantly surprised that we were seated quickly. Food was tasty (as usual) and arrived quickly. This isn't my favourite spot, as it's in a shopping centre you can sometimes feel a bit cramped for space. On the whole though, we had a good experience.. everything was clean, speedy and tasty!

This two storey store is on the upper level of the St Davids shopping centre near the cinema, whilst this area is open whilst the rest of the shops shut down in the evening you will have a bit of a hike to get to it around the outside of the centre is you approach from the wrong side like we did.

Nando St David

A friend and I were in Cardiff doing a bit of Christmas Shopping. After all day shopping we felt a little tired and hungry. We decided to stop at Nando’s St David’s Arcade to have something to eat.
It was only 7 O’clock in the evening. As soon as we walked in, the waitress told us that they have run out of chicken high, no rice and no garlic bread left. That was a bit of a disappointment.

SVC and I arrived in Cardiff on Friday night with one thing in mind after nearly five hours on a coach: where is Nando's?! We just about found it after getting dropped off in Cardiff city centre. The challenge was getting to the entrance of St David's which was actually open as it was too late for the retail part of the shopping centre. We eventually found the restaurant which is up the escalator near TGIs and other eateries.

In Eastside food court of St Davids shopping centre, right near the shops. Very tasty food as always. There is an upstairs and a downstairs. If you are unlucky enough to be put downstairs, you may have the queue to be seated right near you. Upstairs is very nice, at the side you can overlook what's below as it has a balcony set up. Short on cutlery each time I have been, but plenty of sauces.

The atmosphere is really nice in this restaurant. Being in a food hall there are many restaurants around but the only queue was Nandos. Not a long wait at all, pretty good for a restaurant that is quite busy on a weekday lunch. Food cooked to perfection!
