Borehamwood

I was looking forward to visit Nando’s , unfortunately we ( family of 4 ) didn’t enjoy the food .
Bread wasn’t that fresh, chicken dry with some sos .
Im sorry but don’t think I would like to come again

Julia was very kind and helped resolved my issue. She remained patient and calm even though there was a lot of drama surrounding the order

On Friday i had the butterfly chicken mango and line with chips and rices but as I was eating my chips i discovered a hair in the chips which put me off my food!. Not only that but when i ask a member of staff (which i believe is the manger) he was quite rude back to me. Hopefully things will start to change as it has been very disappointing the last couple of visits due to the rudeness of staff and the uncleanness of the restaurant.

Have been to this Nandos many times, usually great service however there was 30 minutes between me ordering and then receiving my food. When it arrived, the chicken and chips were lovely but the corn was hard and dry and not to its usual standard. I didn't complain as i was so hungry and just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. We finished our meal in 15 minutes and left shortly after.

This store in Borehamwood is very close to the famous Elstree studios where Big Brother is filmed, so if your unlucky and are there on eviction day you might bump into one of those non celebrities. The store doesn't look much from outside and is housed in a 60's building close to Virgin active.

I often go to this Nandos for a quick bite to eat, the staff are always polite and the food usually comes quickly and tastes great. The staff are always more than happy to give extras like mayonnaise and ask how the meal is going rather than seem robotic and that they are following a script! Whilst the high street is hard to park on, it is possible to get three hours free parking in the car park behind Nandos.

I tried butterfly chicken for the first and was pleasantly surprised. There were warnings that it might not be big enough and the lack of bones is definitely appealing so I'll get it again. The chips were good as usual. #RateYourNandos

I really enjoyed my visit to Nando's Borehamwood. It could have been to do with the exceptional company, the lovely Marc Joss and his delightful friends who regaled me with stories of their cruises, or the lovely Dyson hand-dryer which makes a Nando's for me in all aspects. However, I believe it was the high quality of the food, the ease of parking, the wide array of extra sauces and my well-cooked wrap.

This was a spontaneous trip to Nando's because I was hungry, I managed to get my friend to cancel the pizza he'd ordered just in time, it was meant to be. I'd never been to this area before but my friend lived there and it was easy to get to from Hendon by train, just a few minutes' walk along the street from Borehamwood station

Never disappointed at the Borehamwood Nandos. Always treated very nicely and food is always pristine and on time. I shall return.

Recently reviewed this local branch so I won't go into too much depth. Main issue was the woman on the door who was quite rude and just didn't seem happy to be there. When we asked for a table for two she said 'No I have no tables', and just stared at us. I had to specifically ask how long it would take for a table before she volunteered any more information! Not impressed.

This was a very disappointing trip to Nandos. The decor was not great and the staff were a bit moronic.

My order came wrong, once I told the waitress, she said 'okay, let me go and check' and left the food on my table to get cold.

We parked in the car park in the cinema complex which is across the road from Nando's, a 2 minute walk away. Perfect for seeing a film and enjoying some peri-peri chicken.

Unfortunately the table was slightly dirty but do not let that put you off!
