It took 15 minutes to be seen (we were the first ones in line) with only one couple behind us, only to then be told it would be 45 minutes, despite the restaurant having numerous empty tables. When we questioned this, the manager, Emma, was extremely rude and argumentative rather than helpful. She actually walked out on us. The diners including the few of us in the line did laugh afterwards.

Staff at the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodate us quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Matt the manager came by our table to check if we were satisfied with our meal. I simply mentioned that my chicken was over cooked and quite dry but as I had just started, I’d finish it. Matt apologised and immediately brought me a replacement. That was excellent customer service.

This Nando's is located on Ashford's Designer Outlet. There is plenty of parking and is free for the first 30 mins and then £2.50 for every 4 hrs after. Ashford International train station is also a half mile walk away.

Arrived here on a Friday afternoon and it was about half full. Quite a few large colourful booths in the front before th restaurant narrows towards the back. Plenty of colourful canvas paintings and lots of lacey lampshades.

Had the pitta, was ok. My concern was the young grill chef that kept coming out to the front helping himself to the drinks. He was was doing it in front of customers. He was then wiping his mouth with his hands, then handling the chicken. You have a 5 star EHo rating, but based on this, this lad needs an intense Food Hygiene course or your manager should be sacked for allowing this to happen

Ordered click & collect for a second time from this Nando’s store didn’t get any better from the first time collection time was 6:30 walked out at 7 with my food , took a while to get a greeting when we walked into collect it , no apologies for delay , a long que at the door also ignored by the manager as guessing other workers didn’t know what to say to customers waiting as quite a few walked past without talking to them ,more staff clearly need to be trained on all aspects of working in

When I came in they had some technical issues so there was over an hour wait for a table. Once I got to the start of the line the young lady there was so sweet and was doing above expected to make sure that I got a table.

Jack was so lovely and the only reason i am here to review. Very belpful with our baby and getting us water for a bottle. Looks very young with blonde hair but very professional. Would definitely come here again because of him. From the family with the little baby girl.

New Nando’s but come on still can’t pay by card , no unlimited drinks , can’t add loyalty points . Walkways ridiculously narrow and only one way to end of restaurant . Definitely needs attention.
