Nantgarw

I had an appalling experience at Nando’s Nantgarw branch on Christmas Eve, which left me deeply upset. The visit began with food that was completely burnt and unfit to eat, despite our request for it to be cooked “well done.” When we raised the issue with the manager, J.C., we were met with dismissiveness and condescension, with comments like “Cool, mate,” and no effort to resolve the issue.

Wouldn’t eat at this branch again.
Not a very informative welcome just pointed to a table. Wasn’t even told how to order or asked if I’d been before.
The “fizzy drinks” were completely flat and even when changed no different. I asked to change to another drink and was told manager said no!!
I wasn’t even offered my money back for the drinks.

Vegan options , very tasty, plenty of sauce, bun a bit tuff bean burger lovely, plenty of parking space,

Excellent food and service. However when we ate at this restaurant we did not realise we were eating halal meat. As Christians this placed us in a very difficult position. This practice is both cruel and unnecessary and as the meat is prayed over, it is unacceptable to us.

Leah B and Leah J were both amazing!! Very welcoming and friendly they do the nantgarw nandos proud and i will defiantly be coming her again! A pleasure to be served by them.

Amazing service from an amazing team! I was greeted at the door by Leah who was very bubbly and polite always seemed to be helping others!
Tried the new brownies and they were delicious, was recommended on the tills to have that with the ice cream and the girl was right about how nice it was. Can't remember her name really short and looked like she's just come from holidays.

Last Sunday, three friends and I headed towards Swansea to watch our beloved Arsenal play. En route, we developed a real hankering for chicken, and rather than risk the match day rush in Swansea, we decided to disembark the m4 in a place we had never heard of, let alone knew how to pronounce, to get our fix. The restaurant was situated in a leisure complex, alongside several fast food outlets, a cinema, a bowling alley and a very large car park.

My wife and I went here after being in the cinema.
Large purpose built building on a large entertainment park with few fast food outlets, large bowling alley, lovely cinema complex and loads and loads of easy parking. Easily accessible from all local areas and villages.

Had lunch at this Nando's on the very wet May Bank Holiday - so was certainly hoping to be warmed up by the food! :-)

It's located on a retail park with a Showcase Cinema, a Bowplex and other eateries (like Frankie and Bennys/McDonald's), so there's other stuff to do around here. Easy to find - and hundreds of free parking spaces, so all good there.
