Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

We had been waiting for a very long time for our food. Katy who served us noticed this and we didn't have to ask. She asked the kitchen about our food and unfortunately they had just started it, at this point we had been waiting about 40 minutes for our food, it felt like they had forgotten. Katy came back immediately to tell us, told us we would get a refund and offered us a takeaway as we were in a rush at that point, she even brought our takeaway to our table as she saw how long the queue at the till was. Usually I don't leave comments about individual staff, but me and my partner were so impressed by her service we had to, she was exceptional and made what could have been an awful experience much better, some of the best customer service we have had anywhere.
