me and my friend came in for food and we were served by Nala, she was very welcoming and sweet to us i’ve never met a waitress more kind than her! she was lovely and made the experience so much better! thanks to her :)

Greeted by a friendly girl and shown to a table. lunch was off to a good start when I was greeted by a very friendly face at the tills when I ordered. I've been in hospitality for over 35 years and our host Kimroy, is definitely an asset for Nandos, he appeared interested in my choices and knowledgeable and offered his options when asked about recommending dishes.

Me and my partner came in for a spontaneous meal as nandos never disappoints! This time was the best service I’ve ever had at nandos even though they were really busy! Carly was absolutely amazing, very attentive and stood and chatted and made us feel very welcomed despite how busy it was! Can hands down say it was our best experience at nandos and we will be back! I had to re-request my chicken to be re-made as it wasn’t hot, the staff were helpful and Elijah came to serve the food. It was really tasty and hot in heat which made it enjoyable to eat. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you Elijah and staff. I also suffer from an allergy and staff were understanding.

Ordered a take away for collection and they missed off two portions of coleslaw and did not put any sauce on the chicken burger. Wish I’d save my money and got a McDonald’s I would have got something better than what was given to me last night and it would have saved me £25. Not a service I will be using again.

Amy C was our main waitress. She was lovely, very friendly and made our visit especially enjoyable. She was very attentive and went out her way to follow up on our queries.

Ordered a take out and the bag was very poorly packed , the bag wript outside before I even got to my car and food all over the floor luckily the lovely manger replaced my food and give me extra , very friendly great service!

Today I had cause to visit this restaurant in order to meet an old friend. Firstly I was pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome. I’ve been to many Nando’s and none have been so pleasurable as this one. So once seated, food was ordered and arrived prompt and hot. My friend and I then decided to have a wee dessert and coffee. Whilst waiting to pay I was approached by ‘Danny’ whom I can only presume is the manager due to the different coloured shirt.

Manager Danny fisher wasn’t helpful, we waited for 4 meals and only received 2, the other 2 was 20 minutes after. After which we was told they had lack of communication, unexceptable. The staff working Leanne smith and Ebony Aldred didn’t seem to help and seemed to be part of the lack of communication. However, Luke Evans was extremely helpful and very polite. He provided us with a solution, offered us free drinks and deserts.

Surprise Nandos to catch up with a colleague who, last we heard from him, had been deported. Good to catch up, good chicken to catch up over.
I swear that Middlebrook Nandos is the fastest around! Easily got sitting, queuing, ordering, cooking and eating into our 45 minute lunch break.

As I felt unwell, I wished to order take out. We weren't hungry when we ordered so gave an hours notice.

We turned up on time and were told there was a 5-10 minute wait. As I was unwell, I wasn't happy but the restaurant was busy so I didn't say anything. We waited 20 minutes for our order, despite ordering online and being told our food would be ready at 1830.

I ordered Butterfly Chicken, Chips, Garlic Bread and peri peri salt I had been told the wait on my meal would be about 20 minutes as they had run out which I didnt mind waiting for. My friend ordered his also which was half a chicken, chips, garlic Bread and peri peri salt so we would expect them to come at the same time. After several drinks we had waited about 30-40 minutes after being told it would be here in 20 minutes so I decided to go up and ask what was going on.

This was my first and last time in nandos. What a complete waste of my money. I ordered 1/4 peri peri chicken with rice and garlic bread. There was no rice available, the garlic break was burnt and the chicken was so thin a barely had enough to fit on my fork, I am now still that hungry I will have to get sonething to eat from somewhere else and I still havent lesft the restauraunt. The table I was sat at was under a fan which would have been fine if it wasnt freezing cold and raining.

In the middle of a retail park with a great cinema so loads to do, this also means that parking is great and free and it has a train station 5 minutes away!

This Nando's is on the same massive complex as the Reebok stadium, so thousands of free parking spaces. I've only been twice to this branch and each time was quite a while ago. Both times I was there for lunch, so went for one of the pitta and wrap options. Very dry both times and so extra sauce on to make it more moist. I do think I was the first customer in on both occasions, so I can forgive this! Very helpful staff and no wait at all for the food.
