South African roots means I'm very interested in Nandos and have loved it since it came to the UK over 10 years ago.
A regular Nandos goer, at least once a week. I have about 3 loyalty cards going at once.
My main concern is that the quality of Nandos is worsening as the brand is getting bigger. Not cooking the chips long enough and not putting the chicken on the grill for long enough to save time are some of my issues. So a Nandos review site has never been more important.
Nandos chefs or technicians need to take their sweet time when preparing each dish to maintain the high standards.
I've always found Nandos interesting from a business point of view. They very rarely advertise. You'll here the odd thing on radio and maybe the odd add on the train but word of mouth marketing is a big deal for them and I think that's what makes its special.
