I’ve had one of the most terrible meals from your Nandos Centro Mall this evening. I must say, your Nandos Centro mall has always been awesome. But the last 3 months I’m not sure what has changed.
My order number was 389 and this was my order:
2 x hotpot with extra chicken HOT
1 x Peri fries
1 x livers HOT

There were no veggie burgers. If there are veggie burgers I'll eat at this Nandos multiple times a week

I have visited your place on a few occasions since it's opening. I would have to say that service is mediocre at best. Orders take quite a while and I go in prepared for it to take 30 minutes minimum on any kind of order. Tonight a made a request of no mayo on my Chicken Pine burger and I got home and it was COVERED in mayo. I should have checked it before I left, but I was sick of standing around and after a long day of work and power cuts all I wanted to do was go home.
