Hi,

I’ve had one of the most terrible meals from your Nandos Centro Mall this evening. I must say, your Nandos Centro mall has always been awesome. But the last 3 months I’m not sure what has changed.
My order number was 389 and this was my order:
2 x hotpot with extra chicken HOT
1 x Peri fries
1 x livers HOT

This is what I got.
2 x hot pot which didn’t look at it had extra chicken and were both mild and slightly sweet.
1 x Normal fries because you didn’t have the Peri spice.
1 x hard and dry livers which were mild.

They actually forgot to pack my chips until I had to ask for it.

I must say the food standards have dropped terribly and the food has lost its flavor.

Not the Nandos it was.
