We have been coming to Nando’s for many years. We are originally from South Africa the home of Nando’s which is where we first experienced Nando’s and have had the same in many counties that we have lived in, and have never had a bad experience including at this venue until last night. We were so looking forward to our meal. the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went well till we got our meal, and I only wish we had communicated our disappointment while we were there. The chicken was very undercooked, pink and rubbery and neither of us enjoyed it. We only wished we hadn’t made the trip from Malton. It was a real letdown on a chain that has previously been an eatery that was a go to place with delicious food. I wonder if the staff doing the cooking were inexperienced or what? Very disappointed!
