My first ever nandos visit. Asked for a voucher for my birthday. Incredibly disappointed with the appalling customer service. Forgot to use my gift card at time of paying, manager would not refund my cash, told me it was too confusing???? Really? Should this guy be trusted with running a restaurant if he finds refunds confusing. His colleague came across as slightly more honest, explaining that good old head off doesnt allow refunds if its not their mistake. What? So, your mistake valued customer, deal with it! APPALLING. Ok, i forgot to use my gift card, my very small error but i didnt want my drinks for free!! They have already been paid for when i was bought a pre-paid gift card!! Suffice to say i didnt order any food, i just had a cuppa. Nandos couldnt even get that right. 2 couples who came in after us got theirs before us! And then when the cuppa arrived my cup was filthy & the waiter was holding my cup around the top edge, exactly where i would drink from the cup. Never again, it was so bad it was comical and extremely frustrating for us, but totally embarrassing for nandos. Anyone want a £30 voucher? Because i wont be coming back.
