Had a great experience at Nando’s thanks to Kasia. She was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was quick, everything was spot on, and her positive attitude honestly made the whole visit better. Big shout-out to Kasia for going above and beyond!

Having moored our boat nearby, a novel idea came to fruition: Nando's take-away on a boat! I am very rarely one to get a take-away but this was a special occasion and I modified by order accordingly as my previous 1/2 chicken take-away experiences have been disappointing.

I also figured it was the perfect time to try out the online take-away option on the Nando's website which took quite a long time as I had to put 5 orders through, but got there in the end.

Situated opposite Windsor Castle, it is a 5 min walk from the train station. It is preferable to travel by train as parking is really expensive due to the tourist location. There was a 20 min wait for a table but the staff were very kind whilst we waited and gave us a huge table for 6 even though there were 2 of us just so that we could sit down.

The nearest parking is the car park is a short walk away on River street and cost £4 for 1 hour, £6 for 2 hours and £8 for 3 hours making this an expensive place to stop but still a challenge to get a parking spot. The store is just over the road from Windsor castle and as such is the Queen's closest Nandos.

Fantastic service. Very welcoming. Asked all the right questions. Served quickly. Food came quickly. Chicken for all 4 of us was fantastic. Plenty of peri peri salt on the chips. All came at once. Great booth seats. Twice came over to check everything was ok. Made a fuss of my 6 year old. Have to recommend this Nando's as an excellent frist time visit.
