I had a fantastic experience at Nando's on Saturday 25th at around 2:00. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel so welcome. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help.

A special mention goes to the floor manager I believe his name was mouhad & staff member Hassan, whose energy was absolutely infectious. He brought such a positive atmosphere to the restaurant, checking in on customers, supporting his team, and making everyone feel valued. His enthusiasm really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable.

It's clear the team takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Thank you all for such a warm and memorable visit—I’ll definitely be coming back!
