Whitechapel

This time after i place my order on the till food came very first however foor was cold and test less. I think they just serve me someone else food. Chicken and spicy rice was cold. Chips was hot . We expect good quality food as I spend 39.45 .

Horrible service. Female staff at the front didn’t seat us for 45 minutes even when half of the tables were empty and clean and upon inquiring a second time why aren’t we being seated, she rudely told us to go somewhere else. Appalled by this rude, hostile and u professional behaviour. Nando’s management at WhiteChapel really need to sack this super rude, European female staff.

The staff is really attentive, her name is Leila. She makes sure that all of us has our orders complete.

Probably one of my best experiences at Nando’s. Food was great as usual, atmosphere was good too. What made my experience even better was the customer service from Tania. Absolutely amazing, so friendly and smiling, especially with my little toddler. Was so attentive and caring and even helped me at the end with my toddler when I had to clear up by watching over and entertaining him. It was just so wholesome and made my experience just the best! Thank you Tania!

This was my first Nandos that i had been to, and i very much enjoyed it. The food does stand up to expectations and it doesn't break your wallet!! It was super close to stratford where i had been busy shopping for university things so it was nice to relax after and enjoy a meal. Great place to eat as a family and everything was super yummy, coleslaw with chicken was delicious. There is an ice cream place right next to it if you fancy some refreshing dessert after filling up at Nandos.

The whitechapel branch re opened after refurbishment and WOW!! The decor is amazing!! Great music from a band playing, which added to the great atmosphere! Not to mentions kids having their face painted and a dancing chicken running around, happy staff allround! I intended to have a quick lunch but ended up staying for over 1 hour! Not to mention cake, do you guys have a bakery? I wanted to buy one for my bday it was amazingg! Whitechapel team made my day!!!

okay... Whitechapel has been picked for a month, selected in an eenie, meenie, miney, mo type situation, and I may have put this one off had I know about the noise level beforehand.... Oh my god, it was so crazy, they had us on a table that should not have been there in the first place and it was soooooo loud!

BEST NANDOS EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Onto Whitechapel... and an Indian street market in full flow. For about quarter of a mile either side of the tube station are market stalls with what seemed like thousands of people browsing them. It would probably be best to exit the station, cross the road, turn left and then cross back over the road when you see the White Hart Brew Pub.

Whitechapel isn't the best part of London (to put it nicely), and on the way to this Nando's from the station I have to admit we felt rather uncomfortable. People kept looking at us as if to say 'what are you doing here', and someone even tried to put his hand in my girlfriend's bag! However, that shouldn't affect the rating of this Nando's (and it hasn't), but I have to admit I wouldn't return in a hurry for this reason alone.

Whilst up in London I headed over to this branch which is based on the ground floor of a modern building to the north of the “waste” on mile end road. It benefits with limited on road parking outside and is close to Whitechapel underground station, just turn left / away from the Gerkin when you exit the station. It also has a Sainsbury’s close by.
