We’ve been visiting Nando’s Walkden regularly for the past two or three years, and Dan is an absolute credit to the restaurant. He consistently makes every visit enjoyable and always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He’s attentive, genuinely friendly and approachable, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. His positive attitude and brilliant customer service really stand out, and he always makes sure we have everything we need.

Was welcomed by a lovely member of staff, Beth, who made sure all my order was there and ask if I would like any sauces.
The food was hot and packed well.

I had sunset burger and peri chips was perfect. Did not have to wait at all for anything. The staff in all was amazing and friendly especially Michael who was host very polite and welcoming from start to finish of our visit. Will be visiting this establishment again.

I took my granddaughter who is 3 years old and ordered ice cream as her desert as she was eating her ice cream she pulled a piece of plastic out of her mouth !!! Absolutely disgusting this could of been a baby who would of swallowed that, the manager was informed and with no apology from him. I will never visit this Nando’s again.

Six months between Nando's and over a full year since this officially opened!

Although this officially opened just before the first March 2020 lockdown, Manchester was largely in higher tiers - and then the January 2021 lockdown meant getting into the greater Manchester area was a little tricky. However, with the lockdown easing in England and indoor eating now an option since 17th May - it meant visiting Walkden again was possible! :)

We visited the walkden store today and I have to say the young girl that was serving us was great. There where 3 members of staff serving 2 blonde girls that stayed near the door talking the majority of the time and a young girl with dark hair who was rushed off her feet. I give a 5 star report just for her she was great I think her name was Charley. My little boy even knocked his dinner over my friends dinner and she come straight over to offer another and help clean.

My review is solely toward the young girl named Charley. 3 young girls were on the shop floor yet while the other two were sat talking with each other Charley was running around single handenly cleaning tables, waiting on people and even came to check if we needed anything. I felt sorry for how busy she was while the other girls had their chat. Thankyou for your service Charley and because of you we will return x
