The lady behind the counter wasn't English and couldn't understand what I was asking for, then mixed up my order I asked for a pita and she put down half a chicken, this happened twice then she got the orange reward and the green award mixed up, then when the food came undercooked and purple. Manager did give me and my friends two free deserts and a free meal for when we go next time but I am normally impressed by nandos safe to say I'm not going back for a while.
