I love Nandos but this is giving it a bad image. It's near our place and as working very busy and tired, a take away is always helpful, but this is not the first experience, ordering a Paella is our "go to" food on a weekend. But this is very disappointing, the rice is not cooked at all and very cold, like it was just soaked and then mixed with sauce. The first and 2nd can ignore but the 3rd time its getting worse. It's $13.00 per order x2 is a lot with uneatable food. The chicken ribs were shribled to the bone like reheated several time, staff does not smile anymore. Felt sorry for this store. Not going there anymore.
