I love Nandos but this is giving it a bad image. It's near our place and as working very busy and tired, a take away is always helpful, but this is not the first experience, ordering a Paella is our "go to" food on a weekend. But this is very disappointing, the rice is not cooked at all and very cold, like it was just soaked and then mixed with sauce. The first and 2nd can ignore but the 3rd time its getting worse. It's $13.00 per order x2 is a lot with uneatable food.

The worst Nandos. Missing food AGAIN. Incompetent staff. Bland, tasteless chicken. Don't bother going here. Airport West and Essendon Fields heaps better.

close to my home but still i will go any other restaurant instead. Poorest service , again. same story, had to ask twice where’s my order after 24 minutes .after long delay still order was wrong. Staff don’t even care about customers.

Ordered quarter chicken but was served a skinny leg which was no more than the size of a large chicken wing.

Ordered also fries, they were over cooked - hard and dark brown.
