Woman was standing by the till for 10 minutes with five members of staff behind the till and no one acknowledged her poor. Lack of customer service staff are lazy foods are ready but no one seems to want to go and give customers their food seems like they are waiting for someone else to do it. This is a numerous of occasions I have waited over an hr for food when it’s not busy do not understand need to improve your staff training.
