Food was burnt with large amount carbon built up on garlic bread and also very greasy, grill definitely needs to be cleaned better. Similar story with the garlic churasco burger. Wings only had a small amount of sauce on the top and none elsewhere. This was in the Fforestfach restaurant but the option to choose that restaurant has not been added yet

Woman was standing by the till for 10 minutes with five members of staff behind the till and no one acknowledged her poor. Lack of customer service staff are lazy foods are ready but no one seems to want to go and give customers their food seems like they are waiting for someone else to do it. This is a numerous of occasions I have waited over an hr for food when it’s not busy do not understand need to improve your staff training.

The food was excellent and arrived promptly. Harvey was incredibly helpful and made great recommendations, ensuring I had a fantastic meal.

Went for a family meal, the food was great and most of the workers were very friendly and welcoming. One of the girls, called Megan I think was incredibly rude to us and we noticed to other people also. She very obviously rolled her eyes at us repeatedly for asking simple questions and made some very rude comments under her breath. She was very disrespectful and soured our otherwise great experience
