So this is a tricky one. Overall 3 stars is generous as the order was served incorrect meaning one dish needed remaking. Thus one of us had our food and the other had to wait for the dish to be recooked. We accept that this can happen. What happened next made me more dissatisfied. The remade food sat on the pass going cold while the young man that promised to get the correct food to us as fast as possible was dealing with a further complaint. At this point I had now finished my meal as it would have go cold, while my partner hadn't even started her food. A young lady then comes to the table and asked if our food is OK. I explained what had happened and was finally offered a full refund hence the 3 star as opposed to 1 star.

While I understand mistakes happen. To get the whole experience so badly wrong and spoil a meal out so totally, that we ate separately is unforgivable. While I do appreciate the refund the experience has put me off going back for a while at least.
