The Range, Asda and Tescos are very nearby, as well as Queens Park Health and Fitness. Cineworld and The Citadel Arts Centre are both very close by too. St Helens Central train station is also half a mile walk away.
Parking: 
Parking is plentiful and often free or cheap. Chalon Way West is a couple minutes walk away (open 7am-7pm) and free if arriving after 3pm, otherwise 60p/1hr, £1/3hrs, £2/5hrs. Tontine Chalon Way is free from 7pm-8am otherwise 70p/1hr, £1.20/2hrs, £2/3hrs. You could get a couple free hours on Tesco car park (which is 3/4 mile walk away).

I had a really lovely experience at Nando’s today. The service was great from start to finish, and the food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Everything just felt really smooth and well looked after.

I also want to give a special mention to Claire, who was so helpful and made the whole visit even better. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had — I’ll 100% be coming back!

Waitress rolling her eyes when we were placing the order. Items we requested were not put on.
Spoke to the manager who also recommended downloading the rewards for a free starter. Did so only for manager to say wings not on offer. I showed him the promo that said wings were on. He then went on to say as I had used my card 3 times the offer was invalid. I had only just downloaded it on his advice.
Is he being incentivised for customer sign ups ???

Was served by a young lady who i believe was called maddie, was so polite upon ordering at the till as i wasn’t sure how to use my nandos rewards. She explained everything in a way that i could understand and made it so easy to redeem. Brought our food over and made sure everything was okay which was lovely as no other restaurant really cares. Will be returning! All staff was lovely and friendly

We were served by Taliah her customer service was amazing she was such a gorgeous person so kind and welcoming. Definitely should be manager of that place ! We will 100% returning food was cooked lovely and staff were lovely too ! Thanks guys !

Food was burnt and child’s Nandino meal was far too hot and spicy. When we complained to manager Tom he was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, inconsiderate, uncaring, incompetent, unsympathetic, unprofessional, condescending and unapologetic. Don’t eat here unless you wanted to be spoken to like you’re scum by a useless manager with literally zero customer service skills. Tom you should get another job as you’re clearly not made for a position that requires customer service skills.

Dreadful service. Waited 50 minutes and no food arrived, only our drinks. When queried with a member of staff, they said they would check for us but never came back! After 60 minutes we spoke to the cashier only to find that our order had not been placed, even though we got our drinks and a starter! Saw that other people had sent their food back. When we asked for a refund, were told it would take five days which is not acceptable as we were only visiting St Helens for the weekend.

We visited the St Helens Nando's on 26/9/19. We took our usual table.

This time we left abruptly as the music was FAR TOO LOUD.

Staff offered to reduce the volume and did so by the very tiniest fraction.

We left and had a lovely meal at the Chipmunk instead.

Never ever again will we come here.

Queues are absolutely dreadful.
I was waiting for a solid 30 minutes whilst a young fellow was on the phone. My chicken got a abused with a meat hammer, beaten to a pulp, which resulted in 2 flat chicken breast. Breast I tell you! I’d rather have two normal sized chicken breasts than chicken frizbies. Chips were nice though so well done!

I had the half chicken with hot spice it was delicious. Very clean resteraunt with friendly staff. Parking can be tricky but we found a space near the college as it was a Saturday.

A brilliant waiter Lewis is a new trainee, was exellent and very friendly really impressed and I believe he deserves some praise best nandos experience I've ever had. my friend really enjoyed his service.

We ordered the veg burger with sweetcorn and peri chips - he loves the sweetcorn. And the chicken wrap with chips and coleslaw, Did receive the burger but wasn't worth complaining about. All food seemed tidy and cooked well on the plate.

Waiting was about average so wasn't too concerned about this.

He ordered extra hot but found it pretty weak this time - normally very spicy for him and mine was medium and fine.

Having spent the night working as a football interpreter in Liverpool, I fancied a lunch trip to a Nando's which I had never previously visited and given the train takes only 20 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street to St Helens Centre, it was an easy decision to make. The restaurant is around a 10-minute walk from the station and immediately catches the eye as it stands alone on a roundabout with particularly eye-catching décor.

Stopped in on this Nando's on my way back to Birmingham and had a delightful experience from start to finish.

It's located on St Helens Leisure Park, which is also around other retail parks, so large shops like The Range, Asda and Tescos are here, as well as Queens Park Health and Fitness - and also a Cineworld. The Citadel Arts Centre is right by it too.

I rang up and ordered my Nando's to pick up, the lady told me it would be 30 mins so I arrived exactly 30 mins later. They had me standing there for over an hour, people where coming in and ordering food and they got theirs before me! Not happy!

This store is close to the heart of town attached to a Cineworld cinema, Weatherspoons pub and Pizza Hut, its also near the Citadel arts centre, St Helens college and the Range shop. Parking is quite easy as there is a small car park behind the cinema for the use of the 4 conjoined businesses, but further to this is the large St Helens college car park which is free and open for use between 6pm and 3am on school days and between 10am and 3am during school holidays.
