I ordered Nando’s delivery via Nando’s website (Southgate branch N14) and paid and was told I would have my lunch between 2pm-2.10pm. I was waiting outside for the driver who did not show. I checked my phone and saw it had been delivered but I did not receive it. I called Nando’s Southgate branch and spoke with a Kristina who said she is the manager. She said it’s not her problem and I would have to chase it up with deliveroo.
