I visited with my mother and we both need certain accommodations that can be time consuming for staff (an allergy that isn’t one of the main 14 for me, and my mum has a spinal disability that makes certain seating inaccessible for her) so we usually don’t go out to eat during a busy Saturday lunch.

We got seated almost immediately, and were taken care of so well by Summer and Tom!

Today is our 10 year anniversary, 10 years ago was our first date and we've had Nandos every opportunity since. 10 years of meal platters together! It's not just Josh ❤️ Dotty, it's Josh & Dotty ❤️ Nandos!

The chicken and corn was very nice and delicious. Server called Jake was really friendly and helpful when ordering. It made me feel very welcomed. Thank you Jake 30034

Nando’s has gone virtual! For those of you who aren’t prepared hold your breath! If you don’t have a smart phone don’t go here as they can’t serve you or that’s what I was told, which I think is horrifically discriminating. Queued in a real queue before they opened for about 20 mins, no one told us about virtual queueing.

Visited late afternoon for bite to eat before going to the cinema. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As I have Coeliac disease and am strictly Gluten Free I have to be careful in what I choose. Very pleased that I could actually have chips with my butterfly chicken, along with slaw (most eateries are unable to provide safe gluten free chips). Good to see that the staff were very aware and informed about this condition. Will certainly recommend to other Coeliac's.

The new Nando's in town is beautifully decorated, the staff are ON IT! None of the staff are just stood chatting like most places. Toilets were very clean and vibrantly decorated just like the main floor of the restaurant.
Sonia, who served me at the till was very friendly and smiley and genuinely cared about the service she provided. Very polite and kind to others.

The floor supervisor treated every customer with the same respect from toddler to adult. Amazing to see.

Stopped into this Nando's late afternoon... and got up to the Food Court inside the West Quay Shopping Centre before I realised I'd been there before and was in the wrong Nando's... The new Nando's is outside of the West quay Shopping Centre in a new extension - just go to the big M&S and the entrance to get into the new Nando's is there. Use the post code SO15 1QF as the new one isn't recognised by Google yet.

This new store in Southampton is in the leisure extension of West Quay shopping centre where there is already a Nandos in the food court. Reminiscent of Metro centre in Gateshead where 2 Nandos are so close, and this is in addition to the quite close Guildhall Quarter Store which opened last year. This store is far better than the other West Quay store in every way.
