1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)

This store should be shut down it was filthy, understaffed we waited 1 hour for our food that was delivered cold our drinks were hot even what should have been a nice cold beer. When we asked for a refund we were met with you ordered online so I can’t refund right now we will have to go back to customer service to refund the money. We spent over $100 this was my first time visiting a nandos and I will never go to another store again after this experience. It really put a downer on what was a good day before
