I actually have a concern with the tap put there as i saw some customers washing their faces and spiting in the sink meant for hand washing that open sink near the drinks and ice cream area needs to move because its unhygienic to see people spiting and washing their faces whilst we are eating very disgusting and repulsing indeed,it turns off your appetite..#concerned customer about hygiene..

I got to Nando’s this afternoon.
I sat for a good 10 mins without being attended to !they were 2 guys that walked in after me and got attended at right away ! How fair is that
2 waiters saw me walking in from the start !! This was so disappointing I ended up leaving without ordering or getting the food that I wanted to purchase .
What an absolutely unfair treatment, I’m currently not happy with Nando’s at Eastgate ,in which it has poor services

The guy who welcomes us in was friendly , cashier was good but the guy who served us the food was quite rude. He mumbled to us but we couldn't hear him because of his mask but when we said "sorry?" He shouted us to take the food. I think that was very rude and unacceptable. Spoilt the day for us!!!

My first Nando's in Johannesburg and the whole of Gauteng. Taken by seasoned veterans (my trusty cousins) and told this was one of the best in the area. It didn't disappoint. From the outset the decoration appeared to be noticeably nicer than my Cape Town points of reference. There was some interesting art work on the walls and the restaurant took up a quite large corner space in the 'Food Emporium' (which I would recommend trying to park right outside of).
