The manager and staff member that assisted us were really accommodating and friendly to us. Their personalities have to be commended, along with their kindness. The food took the usual amount of time so that isn't an issue and ot was plated well. They also packed our takeaways nicely. I am very impressed after I experienced bad service and wrong orders for another Nandos branch TWICE now. Thumbs up to O.R branch

Exactly what one would expect from Nandos. Beautiful decor and ambience. Fresh piping hot food, friendly service.

I visited nandos in Jubilee mall at Hammanskraal today but the service wasn't giving at all. I was helped by a manager but he behaved like a trainee . I explained well that I needed 2× 1/4 chicken meals with spicy wedges and a side of salad. But he didn't include salad and my wedges were dry no spice. I didn't even go back to him because even one lady who's a cashier behaved exactly like him.

I ordered via Mr D and I received burnt food! The onions in my prego and tasteless wedges. My colleague was supposed to be eating rice with chicken STRIPS but ended up having rice with HUGE 4 PIECES OF CHICKEN . This is unacceptable! We bought this at Nando Atlas Road Beyes Park.
