I visited nandos in Jubilee mall at Hammanskraal today but the service wasn't giving at all. I was helped by a manager but he behaved like a trainee . I explained well that I needed 2× 1/4 chicken meals with spicy wedges and a side of salad. But he didn't include salad and my wedges were dry no spice. I didn't even go back to him because even one lady who's a cashier behaved exactly like him. My mom entered with a trolley but didn't explain nicely with a smile where to put instead she spoke about my mom with her colleagues in a bad way. They are so rude and lack customer service. I love Nandos but ain't going back to that store
