Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

I had rang ahead to ask if they could facilitate a party of 9 so they said couldn’t book but they would be able to seat us at allocated time. Arrived well ahead of our time but we had to wait an hour & half as the only table they could seat us on had another family on it. They had finished their meal but no staff advised them that another family was waiting so we ended up waiting an extra half hour as a result. After getting seriously tired my nephew asked the family politely who had finished their meal much earlier, if we could be seated so that if they had finished please could they leave, which they apologised & said they were happy to, but said not once did a staff member approach them about this otherwise they would have happily left earlier. Staff then did not offer an apology to us for waiting despite having very young children with us who were quite hungry, nor did they offer any other gestures of good will such as a small discount off the meal etc. I’m disgusted as the Manager didn’t once approach us, other customers had arrived had meals & left, we were still sat waiting. I love Nando’s but speechless with how we were treated yesterday...
