I had rang ahead to ask if they could facilitate a party of 9 so they said couldn’t book but they would be able to seat us at allocated time. Arrived well ahead of our time but we had to wait an hour & half as the only table they could seat us on had another family on it. They had finished their meal but no staff advised them that another family was waiting so we ended up waiting an extra half hour as a result.

Although it was very busy and there was a 20-25 minute wait on the food it was worth the wait the food was lovely the staff were very friendly they came and asked if we needed anything and despite it being very busy they came over to make sure if everything was ok with our meals. The food was perfect deffinatly worth the wait.

A good dinner from a decent branch. This nandos can get extremely busy but the staff always deal with it well. The food came out a little on the cold side but was accepatable. The perinaise was forgotten which seems to happen more times than not... The tables were clean however and the staff friendly. My friend seems to enjoy their portobello mushroom pitta, the low cal veggie option! Halloumi cheese was tasty!

This store is in the Touchwood shopping centre in the middle of Solihull surrounded by shops and other food places. Parking was quite expensive at about £2:40 for 2 hours and in a confusing layout. The store opens up into the complex by means of large doors that open up leaving just a centre pillar. It had a ok amount of art work on the walls. There were tables and chairs in the middle at the front and booths along the left.

After a 20 minute bus ride from my home to solihull I took my 2 year old daughter for her first ever nandos experience. We were greater by friendly staff who sat us at a comfy booth :) we sat down to order my daughter had something from the nandinos menu (the chicken breast strips, saucy veg & chips) and I have my favourite single chicken burger medium with spicy rice and chips.

After 6pm, parking costs only £1 for an unlimited duration!

The shopping centre offers various attractions such as a Cineworld cinema and Borders book shop. There is also a bar lounge nearby which I would fully recommend for a relaxing post-Nando's drink.

Have been to this Nando's a few times - and from what I hear it has been refurbished over the past couple years. It was in need of a facelift - even if just few some new lighting as I felt it was always a little dark. It was busy each time I went, so a good bustling atmosphere - and even though it was busy, there was very little wait to be seated, order and have the food delivered. Full selection of sauces and cutlery too - so clearly a branch that can cope with a high footfall.
