Unfortunately today’s visit was below what I would expect. The customer service from one girl in particular was awful. I visited 02/08 around 18:30. She had long curly dark hair, glasses, and was the only member of staff wearing a red top.
I heard her interactions with other staff and to be honest I feel bad for them. She was rude, shouting at them, giving dirty looks. I’m not sure if she was the manager, however as a manager in hospitality myself this does not excuse what I saw today. And to top it off, a woman of an African efnicory come into the store wearing a religious headpiece, to which she turned around and laughed.
