Ollie greeted us at the door. Incredibly upbeat and friendly. Asked about our day and it felt like he was genuinely interested in our response. He is a credit to your team and should be greatly recognised.

Had an amazing welcome from Liliana who went out of her way to look after us so well. Having holidayed from Devon, we were very happy with our experience.

Unfortunately today’s visit was below what I would expect. The customer service from one girl in particular was awful. I visited 02/08 around 18:30. She had long curly dark hair, glasses, and was the only member of staff wearing a red top.

Although the place was not busy, we felt very rushed throughout our meal. The speed of the service was very quick, however our mains were being brought out before we’d finished our starters.
Once we had finished our starters our plates were still not cleared.

Starter. Main and Dessert.

Toilets really filthy and loads of tables full of used food plates. Tables not clean.

This new Nando’s is in Bourne Place which is home to a new Light cinema and the existing The Forum centre. There’s parking available with charges Mon-Sun from 8am-6pm at 50p/30mins, £1/1hr, £2/2hrs and £4/4hrs with a 4 hour stay maximum. It’s also just a few strides under the subway from Sittingbourne train station.
