The service staff was rude. There was empty seats in the restaurant but was made to wait around 10 mins in the queue, where the staff did not even bother to serve the queue. When the staff came out, she (Shaqila) just rudely asked the queue to stand on the other side. When I could not order through the app, I was just asked to order at the cashier, which I did. Upon reaching the cashier, I was just ignored for 5 - 10 mins. I almost wanted to leave at that moment. A huge regret.
