The service staff was rude. There was empty seats in the restaurant but was made to wait around 10 mins in the queue, where the staff did not even bother to serve the queue. When the staff came out, she (Shaqila) just rudely asked the queue to stand on the other side. When I could not order through the app, I was just asked to order at the cashier, which I did. Upon reaching the cashier, I was just ignored for 5 - 10 mins. I almost wanted to leave at that moment. A huge regret.

I order 4 pcs chicken wing when I open the box they are so small not like what the photo I saw when I order super disappointed.

Singapore definitely has a mall culture when it comes to hanging out. We arrived at this Nando's in the middle of Bugis Junction mall at 8pm on a Sunday evening, and the shops were all open and full of people, and we got one of the last tables in the restaurant. Clearly the place wasn't staffed to cope with this Sunday night demand though, since no one came to greet us at the door, tables were covered in empty plates, and various things ran out while we were there like tissues and ice.

We are regular Nandos customer. Most of the time we eat at Plaza Singapura. But since our church is near to Bugis, we shifted to Bugis then. But we noticed, that one lady (I think it is the head lady) seems not accomodating and approchable. You will know whenever she responded with her facial expression. Perhaps she underestimate us with our looks? Not sure. Even my friend who just came back from one month vacation noticed the aura of that lady. So that is why I came up with this feedback.

I have eaten in multiple Nando's branches around the world including at least 20 different branches in the UK, branches in South Africa and in the U.A.E. Whilst there is some variability, the service has been generally good.
Yesterday was the first time I have visited a Nando's branch in Singapore and I have to say the experience was poor:

First time in singapore and of all places, i had to go to nandos. Not like the sauces changes anywhere, right? Lol. But the experience made it different so that made the difference from other nandos i've been to.

Different menu... peri peri noodles! wasnt up to the standard of english nandos but at least there was a nandos
