Bugis Junction - Anonymous Review

The service staff was rude. There was empty seats in the restaurant but was made to wait around 10 mins in the queue, where the staff did not even bother to serve the queue. When the staff came out, she (Shaqila) just rudely asked the queue to stand on the other side. When I could not order through the app, I was just asked to order at the cashier, which I did. Upon reaching the cashier, I was just ignored for 5 - 10 mins. I almost wanted to leave at that moment. A huge regret. I should have. But nonetheless I put my order. I waited another 30 mins for my order, yet it did not arrive. The order was sent to the neighbouring table instead. When I raised the issue that my order was not here yet, then the staff found the error and wanted to serve me the food that was on the neighbouring table for the last 10-15 mins. Can I ask where is the hygiene level and professionalism? When I asked the manager for a refund, he just gave the excuse that the restaurant is busy, without apologising for the unprofessional attitude. I will never be stepping my foot in any nandos from now on. I have never experienced such service at all in my life.
