Cosmin is amazing when on shift staff are happy queues are managed it’s exceptional

Having come across members of staff that were so rude, Maggi came to the rescue for this restaurant offering me an amazing service being so helpful and sweet. If it wasn’t for her this review would not have been for a good one!

Maggi, Greta, Alissa, and franchasca were so lovely and thoughtful. They answered all the questions we had for them and were very patient since we were one of the last customers to leave. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve been to many different restaurants and have never been treated so nicely and professional they were your staff have treated me and my friend. We’re ever so grateful it was abs it was an absolute pleasure dinning with you guys tonight.

Maggi served us she offered exceptional service. She was very friendly and kind and always there to help. She made the experience amazing alongside all the other amazing friendly staff who are very attentive and are always checking on there customers. Will definitely be coming again.

Terrible customer service - horrendous manager (noura). Exremely rude, she told us we couldn’t have 2 chicken legs for a half meal as it was ban in that restaurant which is ridiculous as normal restaurants service first come.

Her staff - one lady inparticular which I didn’t take her name, was rude, I told her the chicken needed more medium hot sauce and she said there’s enough and yet lifted my plate which much attitude without asking or apologising.

Great decor and atmosphere and the staff were exceptionally friendly - I felt really special. And of course, the food was fantastic as always.

Almost in the shadow of Westfield is where Shepherd's Bush high street, which is where an older - seemingly less-loved Nando's is located. Doesn't really stand out from the outside and the interior isn't much to write home about either. Very small service station and the seating half of the restaurant seems pretty dark.

3rd Nando's of the weekend and I was definitely not bored. Finishing day 3 of Hyper Japan, jumped on a bus to Shepherd's Bush from earl's court, then walked down the high street to get to this branch. It's easily accesible by 3 different train lines but I just wish it was closer to one..

Shepherd's Bush Nando's is ideally located for QPR supporters as well as fans of other teams who happen to put themselves through the suffering of seeing their team lose at Loftus Road. Surprisingly enough, that's what happened to me when Arsenal took to the field but at least there was no feeling of defeat associated with my Nando's meal.

Quite a small Nando's and packed full of tables, so not the calmest place to be. The entrance area was full of people collecting take-away orders, which gave the impression that the branch was busier than it really was and made it tricky to organise getting people in to tables, but the staff dealt with it fairly well. The fact that so many people were ordering take-aways probably means people are pretty satisfied with the food there.
