We have been several times recently and we have very specific dietary requirements namely an account of my wife having coeliac disease. I just wanted to say that the service from Sophie every single time has been 2nd to none and that we really appreciate how attentive she has been to our requirements, the food has been great. Service has been great and would be unjust of me not to have written something to say how happy we are with Sophie in particular.

We visited Nandos Parkgate on a Saturday night, there was 12 of us, the food came out together, hot and very nice. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and couldn't do another for us.
Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back there.

The service we received tonight was absolutely amazing, from experienced waitresses to on floor trainees, everybody had the same contagious energy and even though the restaurant was busy, the food came out smoothly and promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Towards the latter of the evening, the manager came over and cleared our tables and offered us desserts.

Boneless sharer- thighs quite fatty. Staff member in shirt (assuming manager) very rude. Had to collect our own plates from the front for our share platter when he told us he would get some. Never brought them. Starter arrived before cutlery and drinks. When asked how our meal was I brought these up, he took our table marker and walked off. No apology or nothing. Shocking service, much better at Meadowhall where we frequently visit. Won’t be back to this store.

We went to Father’s Day dinner . Only few customers are there but staff told me they can’t allow us inside because not enough staff to serve us and they only allowing takeaway only . How rude it’s . Me and my family really disappointed with Nando’s. We really like Nando’s foods . Take action to this incident please.

After being seated the table next to us had left . 5 minutes later the table was then occupied by a new couple and the table wasn’t even cleaned . Really reassured us with confidence during a pandemic. We had to get up ourselves to top our own drinks up as we were forgotten about on multiple times. The chicken was luke warm and the chips soggy. Very disappointed after visiting this branch every so often.

Was very happy with my first experience at Nandos park gate, very lovely food, friendly staff. But the desert took a while to arrive, when approaching a member off staff they apologised about the wait and gave me a refund which I was very pleased with as the member of staff forgot all about serving me my desert.

Ordered sweet potato wedges as s side. The plate was warm but the wedges were actually cold, not even left to cool but like they had just been defrosted. Told staff and they returned the same plate which had just been microwaved and not freshly cooked.

This Nando's is located on the Parkgate Shopping Park, which also offers a large M&S, Morrisons and many other retail outlets as well as other eateries such as Frankie & Benny's. A new store perched between a Subway and a KFC with McDonalds and Greggs both nearby on this retail park, plenty of parking some of which was very close in front of the store. There is a small patio seating area at the back of the store overlooking the KFC and there is a large tree at the front in a pot.
