I have been to this restaurant many times and it is a great place to eat. The taff are lovely. Today I ordered a meal for delivery and i have to say kieran is an asset to your company. He has Great customer service and genuinely cares about providing you le customers with great dining experiences.

I ordered multiple grilled halloumi and half of them were over cooked almost burnt. The customer service from Jenny was amazing. She acknowledged the issue went to her manager and quickly resolved it making sure she was reassuring me and family with the solution. She brought us a completely fresh full batch. I was shocked because I spoke to her about only two pieces out of 8 and she went over and beyond to make sure mine and my family’s experience was great.

The staff were amazing, the waitress came to the car park to give me chocolate gelato as they couldn’t find it when I collected my order. Outstanding service - my 6 year old is over the moon. Thank you to the waitress at the brewery Nandos.

Jay and Emilla were fantastic and were very helpful making sure we were always attended to. Many thanks for the services we travel from grays regularly before COVID and my husband was there everyday for the buy one get my one free meal

I visited this store first time with my family. I ordered couple fo bennie burgers and veg cataplan for me. All my family members got their meal but I didn't receive mine, asked one of the members of staff he said few minutes. After couple of minutes a manager came and said they haven't go one of the ingredient in mu dish but said I won't affect the taste of the dish. I believed him and didn't cancel my order.

I are the 4 thighs with Skin and 2 regular sides and my daughter had the kids meal although she didn't complain she loved her food as kids will , however my food was complete and utter rubbish , I've been here before but I've never had to complain about my food before, Kasia the lady th3y served me was lovely unfortunately she couldn't help the food !!!!

It was vegertian food basically a patty in a bun but took 30min for it to arrive. The burger was hard and the mushroom was just dripping.

The first time I came to this branch it was closed due to technical issues the same day I went to Hornchurch. Such a long journey and I couldn't even go to another Nandos that day as it was dark and cold. This time I was in luck, the branch was open the only problem was the lift not working and taking me to the wrong floor so I had to get the stairs in the end.

We were seated quickly, the person showing us our seats was friendly enough.
Food was good, myself and my sister both enjoyed our meal with no worries.

Brought the mains about 1 minute after I had received my started (hummus and pitta). The rice was so poor it tasted like plastic and the burger lacked sauce.

Staff were good, but noticed there has been a change recently, and there weren't many familiar faces!

Other than that, a standard trip to Romford Nando's.

This was my second visit to Romford (first visit must have been around 10 years ago which also happened to be my first ever Nando's visit!). I had arrived some 30 minutes late due to traffic so my friends had luckily queued up and were already sat waiting at a table. The restaurant appeared very busy with people waiting and all tables occupied although as we were seated upstairs it didn't seem as chaotic.

friday was a busy evening when i got there with my family we were sitted and was asked if quene and order our meal,we had a good service in romford especially there was a tall black lady who she served me on the till and was very friendly and polite,my family and i really enjoy the food so much that we will been coming more often to romford to eat.all staffs were so friendly and polite to us.the enviorment in nandos was good,good music as well,keep it up nandos.

Romford Nando's is set in quite a nice amusement complex, with a massive car park attached. It reminded me quite a bit of the Galleria in Hatfield, with parking outside as well as inside. You can also see the Nando's from a distance as you approach, which is a nice touch, and something which should be on every horizon in my opinion!

In Thurrock and the QE2 bridge was closed... so no Bluewater for me - so a little detour up to Romford for a trip to The Brewery retail/leisure park. The Brewery has over a thousand cheap parking spaces, free on Sunday. I was there for 1 hour 15 minutes and paid £1.50. Nando's is upstairs, so head for the Upper Level parking. The Brewery Parking is well signposted from 2 miles out - so easy to find too. DOn't follow Sat Nav to this post code, follow the road signs instead.

Enjoyable visiting considering how busy the restaurant was. 2 friends and I arrived at 7 and had to wait 15 minutes (which wasn't so bad considering it was a bank holiday). Staff were fairly friendly, and the restaurant was nice. This Nandos is two floors, which isn't a regular thing, but it worked quite nicely.

Music wasn't too loud or too quiet, contributed to the atmosphere of the night but did let us enjoy conversation.

Staff were not particularly friendly but were polite and gave us everything we needed. We didn't need to park nearby but if we did there is a large carpark immediately outside and a cinema almost next to it. I enjoyed reading the story of the nando's cockerel while waiting to order and thought it was a very unique thing to put on the wall and was interesting.

Staff were very welcoming, even though one or two had slight attitudes. The restaurant layout was a bit strange with an upstairs, a downstairs and a small isolated section. Could also do with more lighting. The food, like all Nando's, was great and reasonable.

Parking was £1 for 2 hours in The Brewery which seems reasonable to me.
The staff were overly friendly and insisted on asking us if we wanted anything else 3 times within the space of 2 minutes. The decor is a treat and the upstairs seating area is simply stunning.
