It's quite surprising how I had to wait standing to collect my order after placing the order in store, ai discovered that Al seats from the previous waiting area have been removed and the area near the door was left unkempt. I asked if I could collect a standalone chair placed near the water dispense to seat, but I was shock how one of the servers told me yes, but emphasized that seat would be collected from me whenever they need it.

I ordered multiple grilled halloumi and half of them were over cooked almost burnt. The customer service from Jenny was amazing. She acknowledged the issue went to her manager and quickly resolved it making sure she was reassuring me and family with the solution. She brought us a completely fresh full batch. I was shocked because I spoke to her about only two pieces out of 8 and she went over and beyond to make sure mine and my family’s experience was great.

Jay and Emilla were fantastic and were very helpful making sure we were always attended to. Many thanks for the services we travel from grays regularly before COVID and my husband was there everyday for the buy one get my one free meal

I hated my experience at Nando’s, never going here again waited over an hour for my sweet corn and the customer service from the workers was appalling. I don’t even wish my experience on my worst enemy

I are the 4 thighs with Skin and 2 regular sides and my daughter had the kids meal although she didn't complain she loved her food as kids will , however my food was complete and utter rubbish , I've been here before but I've never had to complain about my food before, Kasia the lady th3y served me was lovely unfortunately she couldn't help the food !!!!

The first time I came to this branch it was closed due to technical issues the same day I went to Hornchurch. Such a long journey and I couldn't even go to another Nandos that day as it was dark and cold. This time I was in luck, the branch was open the only problem was the lift not working and taking me to the wrong floor so I had to get the stairs in the end.

This was my second visit to Romford (first visit must have been around 10 years ago which also happened to be my first ever Nando's visit!). I had arrived some 30 minutes late due to traffic so my friends had luckily queued up and were already sat waiting at a table. The restaurant appeared very busy with people waiting and all tables occupied although as we were seated upstairs it didn't seem as chaotic.

Romford Nando's is set in quite a nice amusement complex, with a massive car park attached. It reminded me quite a bit of the Galleria in Hatfield, with parking outside as well as inside. You can also see the Nando's from a distance as you approach, which is a nice touch, and something which should be on every horizon in my opinion!

Even though the store was very busy all the staff seemed to be happy to help us, the food as ever was amazing and the manager Paul was such a star. Can't wait to return.... Well done nando's Romford....

Music wasn't too loud or too quiet, contributed to the atmosphere of the night but did let us enjoy conversation.

Staff were not particularly friendly but were polite and gave us everything we needed. We didn't need to park nearby but if we did there is a large carpark immediately outside and a cinema almost next to it. I enjoyed reading the story of the nando's cockerel while waiting to order and thought it was a very unique thing to put on the wall and was interesting.
