Busy Sunday evening with only a couple of tables outside to avoid the 10min wait. You guided me to do all the online registrations (queueing & ordering) while looking after people wanting a table.
You always had a smiling approach and warm contact to all the people I saw you inyeract with (explaining the online queueing system and confirming ypu had them on there and would contact them as soon as a table would become available.

Great staff!! Hernan and Carolina were very friendly and make me feel like home. Thank you very much :)

Myself and my colleagues went for lunch today and had exceptional service from start to finish for the new restaurant manager Niall. Will definitely be going to this Nandos more often and recommending it to other Gumtree and Ebay employees!

This is probably the worst nandos that I've been to. The restaurant is small and tables are positioned very close to each other.

This is one of the most local branches to home & work, but I had never visited before. it was extremely busy and very noisy inside. they only have a tiny 'waiting' area - right by the door, so awkward for entrance/exit/waiting for a table/ordering at the till. we had to wait 10 minutes for a table to become free, but we were a larger group than I'd normally eat with, so I will forgive!!

They told us fifteen minute wait, but we went across the road to Bills and came back 45 minutes later to get a table in five minutes. The place was packed, rammed, loads of people waiting for a table and loads of people queuing up to order as you open the door it's practically one queue. They removed all the tables from outside, probably to stop people wanting to eat out there it's so cold.

Not the first time i left this branch rather disappointed as I had to wail way too long and the food were burnt and raw inside!

I somehow managed to talk my Mum and her boyfriend into taking me to Nando's two days in a row, probably because he also likes Nando's and gets extra hot. They knew how to find it as they had seen it whilst driving through Richmond the day before, but we struggled to find nearby parking and eventually had to park in a multi-story car park about 10 minutes walk away, but this was a weekend so the town was very busy.

I can safely say that this is one of the better Nando's out there. Despite the restaurant being at almost full capacity, I was quickly shown to a table and my order was taken quickly. The service was exceptionally fast especially when you take into account how packed it was. It is also noteworthy that the tills were well-manned despite the fact the restaurant was busy, meaning queues for ordering were dealt with quickly.

One of my worst experiences at any Nando's ever. I will definitely not be going back to this Nando's in Richmond. Its not like its the first time they've made a mistake, but that very fact that I've dismissed mistakes here and there many times before, knowing that its a family experience not meant to be a flawless one. The atmosphere goes hand in hand with that both good and bad.

Parking was a nightmare at 2pm on a Friday. Most of the surrounding roads are 'permit only' but I managed to find a pay and display space 2 minutes from the restaurant which cost £2 for 45 minutes. There are lots of shops and leisure activities nearby which is a bonus. Odeon Cinema is a 2 minute walk away, as is the river and numerous shops.
