Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank one of the staff members Chris. We had a table of 10 so expected some hiccups due to having so many orders. Consequently some of our food came out wrong but Chris was very happy to accommodate and replace the items and correct the mistakes. Very polite and friendly too. Outstanding customer service.

I got really unwell from this food and straight away had a stomach ache (excruciating).
Really not impressed. This was meant to be a late birthday treat. Peri chips were so ridiculous as well, the salt wasn’t even properly on the chips, more so all over the plate.

During my visit, I made it clear to the person seating us as well as the person taking our order that I have a gluten free and dairy free allergy. I was assured that was ok and that the meal I chose was gluten free and dairy free.
I was filled with terrible disappointment by the time I got back to the hotel. I experienced horrendous stomach cramps which relates to my gluten allergy. This continues still today, 4 days later.

I want to acknowledge two staff from this place they were absolutely amazing a blonde girl named either lizzie or Izzie and Lonnie/Lonnie. There customer service is honestly perfect I really hope the supervisors or managers praise them for their job. Worked in customer service for years and never experienced such a nice welcoming and service throught even at busy times!!!! Please acknowledge for their hard work

I just want to praise a member of staff I think he name was Lorraine. She was working outside and helping every single person she spoke to I think she was also training a younger girl. She helped with our drinks, helped us order & helped us chase up our deserts... she was absolutely amazing!! sorry if I got her name wrong she was an older lady has short brown hair and was absolutely lovely!!!

The woman at the door was very direct and extremely welcoming. The food was excellent along with the friendly team. Will definitely be visiting again!

Me and my friends visited nando's very recently (i'm writing this with them now) . When we arrived, our standards were set to the normal as our visits to nandos always fulfill that. we are regular customers who always get outstanding food but not this time. when my friends chicken wrap arrived, there was only one piece of chicken visible in one of the halves of the wrap. the rest was laced into the other side so she might as well of had half as lettuce wrap.

Myself and my friend were here and the food was amazing as well as our waitress called Emily (which my friend was very happy to say was smaller than her as she is 4"11). She laughed and joked with us and was extremely welcoming and genuinely a lovely member of the team. Definitely will be returning, super happy customers.

After watching a beautiful sunset on Dartmoor, I headed for my first Plymouth Nando's experience at the easier-to-park-at Barbican. It turned out to be a great choice since the food was exceptional!

Only one downfall is in the single Wrap you get approx 2 small pieces of chicken in each half. I understand you can get a double wrap but there's no in-between its either not enough chicken or too much and in the single wrap its just overpowered by lettuce.

My wife and I travel down to Plymouth from Leicester around 6 to 8 times a year to visit my youngest son Joe (my little baby boy, but don't tell him I said that) who is at university there reading English. It is a long journey as you can imagine. On arriving on our first visit we asked the hotel receptionist about local eateries, she recommended the Nando's at the Barbican, so we decided to give it a try.

We bought the peri peri chicken thigh and drumstick combo meal and shared it between 3, had large chips, ratoutille and olives...we are new to nandos and always wondered what the fuss was about and now we know and now we can't wait to come back again.
Refillable cold drinks too, and table sauces you can take to your table, it was a pleasurable experience.

Staff were very welcoming, it made a lovely change from the other places we normally go to.

Another day in Plymouth means another Nando's! And after running the Half Marathon what better way to refuel? This time it was the Nando's in the Barbican Leisure Park - which meant free parking in the hundreds of spaces on the complex. In the complex you'll also find a Tenpin Bowling Alley, Vue Cinema, Oceana club, Nuffield Gym and other eateries.

Very welcoming staff, did have a long wait in the queue as the person in front was obviously a nandos virgin and spent about 10 minutes at till deciding. with 8 staff wandering around in background was getting annoyed by wait but eventually one of them came and opened up a second till. Beverages and sauces central location, toilets upstairs could do with better signage but were clean.

This Nando's is right next to a Vue cinema. Parking is free in the cinema car-park. The nearest train station is Plymouth station, and it is about 2 miles away. It is on a major road and is close to the City Centre.
